The information that MMPay Technologies collects is used in the aggregate to obtain demographic information about the entire MMPay Technologies audience in order to improve service to its customers and merchants, to perform statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of its users. From this information, Muvee Technologies can measure overall patron demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the MMPay Technologies domain and to analyze how and where to apply its resources. MMPay Technologies also uses the collected aggregate data to inform its sponsors of the number of visitors who have seen and “clicked” on their advertisements.

We will not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the reason they were first collected. Thus, your personal data will be stored for the period that will be necessary for the processing of the data provided.

The security of your personal data is important to us, and to protect your data, we use commercially reasonable safeguards such as security software, physical safeguards and strict policy guidelines to protect the privacy of our users’ personal information; we also strive to continually improve our security measures as new technologies become available. We work hard to protect the security of customers’ online purchases and sellers’ confidential information using authentication technology (certificates) and encryption technology (SSL). Our secure server software encrypts all personal information, including credit card details and/or social security number, that is transmitted over the Internet to and from MMPay Technologies websites.

Do You Share My Personal Data?

We may share your personal data with other companies in our group for performance of the services, anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism efforts, security. This includes our subsidiaries.

We may sometimes contract with the third parties to supply products or services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery, and marketing. All subject should be made in writing and sent to the email.

 If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

We will respond to your subject within 20 days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex or we have to identify you, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.

MMPay reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy without further notice. This may be necessary, for example, in the event of a change in legislation or if we change our business in such a way that it affects the protection of personal data.
